Wreszcie działało z następującym poleceniem. Nie udało mi się użyć rtsp_transport.
ffmpeg -rtsp_transport tcp -i rtsp://xx:[email protected]:fd/tcp/av0_0 -f image2 -vf fps=fps=1 hello/img%03d.png
